Before contacting us

For order-related enquiries, include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue. For damaged, incorrect or missing items, attach clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label where relevant.

Response time

We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. During launches, public holidays and high-volume periods, replies may take slightly longer. Sending repeated messages may move the conversation into separate support threads, so please reply to the original email where possible.

Returns

Do not send a return to the business address above unless our customer care team has confirmed it in writing. Contact us first for return authorisation and the correct return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused where permitted by law.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or has shipped.
