Monzaria ships to supported destinations shown at checkout. Available services and final charges are displayed before payment.

Processing

Orders normally require 1–3 business days to process before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during sales, launches or unusually high demand.

Delivery estimates

Transit estimates start when the carrier receives the parcel. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs reviews, severe weather, remote-area service, local carrier disruption and incomplete addresses may cause delays outside our control.

Tracking

When the order ships, we send a dispatch email containing available tracking details. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show its first scan.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address. Contact james@monzaria.shop immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal or failed delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes

Unless checkout explicitly says duties and taxes are included, international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes or carrier fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not controlled by Monzaria.

Lost, delayed or delivered parcels

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, check with household members, neighbours and the local carrier before contacting us. Email us with the order number and tracking number so we can review the shipment. Carrier investigations can take time and do not guarantee reimbursement.

Restrictions

Some destinations may be unavailable because of carrier, customs, sanctions or service limitations. Express Shipping may not be available for every postal code. Applicable consumer rights are not affected.
