Orders

How do I know my order was received?

After checkout, we send an order confirmation to the email address provided. Check spam or promotions folders before contacting us. If you still cannot find it, email james@monzaria.shop with your name and approximate order time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started.

Why was my order cancelled?

Orders may be cancelled because payment could not be verified, stock became unavailable, the delivery address was incomplete, or our fraud-prevention checks identified unusual activity. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?

• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $59 USD or more.
• Standard Shipping is $6.99 USD on orders under $59.
• Express Shipping is $12.99 USD for eligible destinations.

How long will delivery take?

Allow 1–3 business days for processing. Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days for Standard Shipping and 3–7 business days for Express Shipping. Estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees.

Will I pay duties or taxes?

Unless checkout explicitly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes and carrier handling charges imposed by the destination country.

Products and sizing

How do I choose a size?

Use the measurements on our Size Guide and compare them with the product-specific chart where available. If measurements fall between sizes, consider the garment fabric and fit notes.

Will colours look exactly the same?

We aim to represent colours accurately, but screens, lighting and fabric batches can create small differences.

Returns and refunds

What is the return window?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back.

When will I receive my refund?

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are normally issued within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
