These Terms govern your use of monzaria.shop and purchases from Monzaria. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

Eligibility and site use

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract or use the site with permission of a parent or guardian. You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape it unlawfully, infringe rights or use it for fraudulent or illegal activity.

Products and information

We aim to describe products and display colours accurately. Measurements, colours and appearance may vary slightly because of manufacturing tolerances, lighting and screens. Images are illustrative. We may correct errors and update information without prior notice.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the selected currency. Taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods are shown at checkout where applicable. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the amount confirmed at checkout. Currency conversion or bank fees may be charged independently by your provider.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock errors, pricing mistakes, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or legal reasons. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original method.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Ownership and risk transfer as required by applicable law.

Promotions

Promotion codes are subject to their stated period and conditions, cannot normally be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn in cases of error, misuse or fraud. Discounts do not reduce mandatory rights.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, graphics, photography, copy and software are owned by or licensed to Monzaria and protected by applicable law. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted; no other licence is granted.

Third-party services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies, though this does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our UK business location, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts and dispute forums have jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.

Changes and contact
