You may access and view the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, translate, distribute, sell, scrape, frame, mirror, create derivative works from or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission.

Product images and social media

Downloading or reposting product photography, campaign materials or styling content for commercial use is prohibited without permission. If we expressly invite user-generated content and you submit it under stated campaign terms, the licence described in those terms will apply.

Trademarks

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, trademark or other right, email james@monzaria.shop with: your name and contact details; identification of the protected work or right; the exact URL of the material; an explanation of the claimed infringement; a good-faith statement; and evidence that you own the right or are authorised to act for the owner.

We may request additional information and may remove or restrict content where appropriate. Knowingly false notices may create liability.

Requests to use our content

Permission requests should identify the material, proposed use, territory, duration and publication channel. No permission is granted unless confirmed by us in writing.
